The Wayaka Pines
Road Association is responsible for taking care of normal road
maintenance (grading, ditching, plowing & sanding...etc.). Each
member (family) of the road association is allowed one vote in all
voting business matters concerning the road maintenance. The annual
meeting is held once a year, usually early summer. A Spring Newsletter
goes out each Spring reminding of payment of dues along with meeting
date, time and place. Yearly Dues are $100.00 per member (family)
that owns land/lots and is collected at the time of the annual
meeting. Checks can be made out to "Wayaka Pines Rd.
Association".
It is the
responsibility of all the members (owners) to help keep the
beach and all other common areas clean. If there are any issues,
they are to be noted and brought up at the annual meeting for
discussion.
