It's Summer!! YIPPEEEEEEEE! This year's annual meeting went well...we had some good discussions and some laughs, too! We ate all the donuts and drank all the coffee....we were hoping to see more of you, but we were glad of the ones that were able to make it this year. Thank you! ************************************************************* Minutes from Annual Wayaka Pines Road Association Meeting – 6/5/04 Discussion Items: Treasurer’s Report – Most checks have been received to-date for ’04 dues, a
few more to go. Future Road Work – Install one culvert & fill, replace one inadequate
culvert & fill. Receiving
estimates on topping the road with stone dust in the areas which are
prone to erosion. New Business – Consider making and posting a sign with all owners’ names on it at the beginning of the association road. It was agreed that the majority of owner’s would like to remain anonymous and no sign would be considered at this time. New Business – It was agreed that the spur road which gives access to the Flinn’s property would have to be closed off during next years spring mud season due to the fact that unauthorized traffic during mud season this year left that road in an unserviceable condition. We will try to accomplish this by chaining the end of the road off during mud season next year. ************************************************************* Lake Thompson t-shirt (size lrg only) for $8.00!! $3 of which goes towards our association! Contact me (Trish) if you'd like a t-shirt! (gray w/ silk screened blue lettering)
- After January
14th you will be charged a fine for having your Christmas decorations
still up. |
