LEPC Facility ComplianceOpen Office Days for Tier II Reporting AssistanceThe Oxford County Emergency Management Agency, in conjunction with the Oxford County LEPC, would like to invite you to stop by their office on one of two open office days to assist you with filling out your Tier II Report. Tier II reports were due in on March 1, 2008, so this is a great opportunity to help you fill out your forms and become compliant with the Federal Law requiring hazardous material reporting if you have yet to do so. It should not take more than a half hour to fill out your report as long as you have all of the information with you. You will need to bring: - Facility Addresses - Emergency Contacts with addresses and phone numbers (One must be the Owner/Operator and another your supplier) - Your Dun & Bradstreet or SIC Number - Chemical name, physical state, days on site, hazards and health effects (acute or chronic) - Maximum and average daily amounts of each chemical (in pounds, not gallons) along with the amount the largest on site container will hold - Storage type, pressure, temperature. (Ex. Above ground, ambient temperature and ambient pressure) - Description of location of chemical on site - Mixture components if you are reporting a mixture - Mode of shipment (to your facility), frequency of shipment, maximum capacity in a single vessel, physical state in transit, maximum and average amount in shipment, primary routes to your facility and your carrier The Oxford County Emergency Management Agency office is located in the basement of the Superior Courthouse at 26 Western Avenue in South Paris.
