Western Maine Regional 2008 ExerciseAgenda for September 20, 2007 Exercise Meeting Canton Fire Department, 5PM We would like to accomplish the following during this meeting: - Discuss MCI training throughout the exercise cycle - Who needs CONOPS frequencies - Present draft Tabletop scenario - Who should participate in the Tabletop - Discuss the involvement of IMAT teams - Area Command Vs. Unified Command (Span of control) - Find out which Chiefs/Deputy Chiefs are ICS 300 qualified This will be the last group meeting before the October 20 Tabletop, also at Canton FD. |
