Rates

 

Rates are approximate and vary depending on project complexity:

 

$8 per slide with text

 

$10 per slide with text and/ or graphics, hyperlinks

 

$12 per slide with text and / or diagrams, charts

 

$20-40 custom template design

 

 

Basic speaker notes pages are offered free of charge to our clients.  Each page will have one black and white slide picture and a blank space for your personal notations.  Speaker Notes Pages that are in color are $2 per page.  We can enter text.  Price is dependent on the amount of work needed.

 

Rates vary for audience and patient handouts.  Those utilizing the pictures of slides that are in your slide show will cost less than pictures obtained from other sources.

 

Bulk printing arrangement (over 30 copies) should be made between the printer and the client.  We will happy to provide the printer with necessary originals or electronic files.

 

Professional photography services are available.  A photographer with a pre-med degree will work with you. You will own your images and we can use them in your presentations & handouts.  Freelance Graphic Art is charged at $20/hour. Images will be drawn using Adobe Illustrator and can be converted to JPEG or other graphic file types.

Scanning images directly into your PowerPoint Presentation is charged at $2 per scan.  This, of course is not necessary if you provide us with digital pictures.  Higher resolution scanning for print material is charged $3 per scan.

Overhead Transparencies of your slides (recommended for back up in all situations) are available for $2 per black & white transparency.  Color Transparencies are dependant on amount of color needed.
