Graphs & Diagrams We can help you to
illustrate your data with graphs and diagrams. There are many to choose from: pie charts, bar graphs, line graphs, venn
diagrams, hierarchical diagrams, target diagrams, radial diagrams, cycle
diagrams, pyramids, organizational charts. We can create graphs using
Excel files (whole data sheets or specific ranges of cells). Graphs may be linked to the files on your
computer so that the chart elements in your presentation change when your
data changes. You may choose to have
graphs embedded in your slide show, rather than linked. This would allow your presentation to be
used on computers that do not hold your Excel files. We can superimpose an object
over your graph to emphasize your message.
Many presenters use horizontal bars, rolling balls or checkboxes þ that rise up with each column. Graph elements can be
enhanced with special gradient color effects, 3-D effects, textures or
photographs. Photos highlighting
geographical locations or faces of people that benefit from your products are
especially memorable. Custom Animations allow you
to speak about a particular diagram element, and then trigger the entrance of
additional elements with each mouse click.
Timings can be set to allow hands-free
use. Emphasis and exit effects are
available for PowerPoint XP users. As
with all of our projects, we offer updates as needed. |
